Instructions - Management Quota

Eligibility Criteria

• Academic Eligibility: A pass in Higher Secondary/12th standard (or equivalent) examinations with an aggregate of 50% marks.
• Mandatory University Registration: Before applying for the Management Quota, register on the Kerala University Admission Portal to get your Application Number and official Index Marks.

Kerala University Online Admission Process

• Go to the official University Admission Portal (Kerala University Online Admission Portal)
• Complete the online registration, enter the 12th-grade marks, upload photo/signature and pay the University registration fee.
• Download and save the PDF.

Management Quota Application Process

• Management seats are handled directly by the Bursar and the Principal of the College.
• Visit the website: stjohns.ac.in
• Click Application Management Quota 2026-27
• Fill out the college's management application form. Choose the option of courses and fill all the details carefully.
• Scan the QR code and pay the management application fee.
• Enter the transaction details and date of payment in the space provided.
• Applications without remitting the application fee will be rejected.
• After successfully submitting the application, take a printout of the form.
• The applicant must report to the Bursar of the college with the printout of the application form and transaction details of the online payment for further proceedings.
